Reading and Writing in a Decade of Standards - Held during the 2011-2012 school year, this a series of eight (8) half day workshops focusing the Common Core State Standards and how they apply to literacy instruction in our classrooms.
Summer Invitational Institute - Held during the summer, this is an intense and often life-changing month long institute focused on teaching and writing. This is the experience is the foundation the both EMWP and the NWP. EMWP has conducted this institute for the past twenty years with each year being a unique experience. Each year fifteen (15) area teachers are selected to participate.

Student Writing Camps – Whether hosted on EMU’s campus or in your district, our Student Writing Camps help your students become writers. We can help you set one up or conduct one for you. Inkstains EMWP’s original writing camp for middle school and high school students. It is held each summer on Eastern’s campus.
